IPKW is the code for the Invesco International BuyBack Achievers ETF.

It is an Exchange Traded Fund (ETF) that aims to track the performance of the Nasdaq International BuyBack Achievers™ Index. This index is specifically designed to identify and include common stocks of foreign companies (companies outside the US) that have recently repurchased a significant amount of their own shares.

Here are some key characteristics of IPKW:

  • Focus: It invests in non-US companies that have shown a net reduction in their outstanding shares by 5% or more in their latest fiscal year. The idea behind this strategy is that companies buying back their own stock often do so when management believes the stock is undervalued, signaling confidence in future prospects.
