DAILY CHART
STRUCTURAL RATING: ⭐⭐☆☆☆ (2 OUT OF 5)
The reward-to-risk profile remains firmly defensive as the index accelerates within an active, short-term corrective channel. The upside reward potential is currently low 🟥 because heavy overhead supply continues to cap reflexive relief attempts, transforming prior technical floors into strict resistance barriers. Conversely, the downside risk is elevated 🟥. The ongoing failure to establish a higher low dictates that the immediate path of least resistance is lower, leaving the index exposed to further liquidation towards deeper demand pockets.

The Last Day Candle Structure indicates brief stabilization attempts, forming a narrow consolidation candle near local lows, reflecting minor intraday short-covering. Looking at the Last 5 Days Candle Structure, the index exhibits a steady downward drift, where small relief bounces are consistently met with immediate selling pressure. The Last 10 Days Candle Structure reveals a failed counter-trend rally that rolled over completely, trapping late long positions 🟥. Zooming out to the Last 3 Months Candle Structure, the index has transitioned into a well-defined descending channel, characterized by a persistent sequence of lower highs and lower lows.
The trend’s steepness and slope on this liquidating leg reflect systematic and orderly downward pressure. The angle of descent is moderately aggressive, tracking at roughly 45 to 55 degrees downward 🟥. Consequently, the immediate prevailing trend is firmly bearish 🟥, with price action tightly pinned below rolling short-term historical baselines.
In terms of the Momentum Profile, oscillators confirm a deeply depressed tactical environment approaching extreme boundaries. The Ultra Short Term momentum is pointing down and is classified as WEAK / APPROACHING OVERSOLD 🟧. Similarly, the Short Term momentum is pointing down and remains locked in WEAK 🟥 territory, illustrating that sellers retain near-term control over immediate price discovery. Moving to the medium-term picture, the Mid Term momentum is pointing down and is categorized as WEAK 🟥. Finally, the Base Term momentum tracks as WEAK 🟥, confirming total structural alignment across the daily duration.
