On Tuesday (01 Sept), the index marked it's second test of the 21-day exponential moving average (EMA) but closed below it's 8-day EMA. While the index remains in an upward trend, over the short term, a period of consolidation can be expected with the emergence of bearish candle structure (see Monday's candle). A break below the 21-day EMA Is likely to see the 75-day EMA (or overshoot thereof) being tested, which would offer another opportunity to buy into.
